Zoho form code is in an Enfold Code Block element to the right.  I’m using the non-html-optimized version to start with in case I need to do a view source in the browser.  This version does NOT include Zoho’s header code, which is all CSS styling code and caused the form to break the layout for some mobile screen sizes.  I have added our own CSS code to compensate, and now it should look good on our site at any screen size.
